Penis Enlargement in Turkey: What's Realistic and What to Ask

More men are travelling to Istanbul for penis enlargement, and the internet is full of promises. This guide explains what each procedure can realistically do, so you can make a decision based on facts rather than advertising.
First: what's normal?
A 2015 review in BJU International measured more than 15,000 men. The average erect length was about 13 cm (5.2 inches) and the average erect girth was about 11.7 cm (4.6 inches). Many men who worry about their size are well within the normal range.
That doesn't make the wish for enlargement invalid. It does mean a good clinic measures you properly and tells you honestly what to expect.
The three main options
- Penile lengthening: suspensory ligament release lets more of the shaft sit outside the body. The gain is mainly in flaccid length, typically one to a few centimetres, and it needs a traction device for several months afterwards.
- Girth enhancement: hyaluronic acid filler injected under the skin of the shaft. Non-surgical, around 30–45 minutes under local anaesthetic, results visible immediately and lasting around 12–18 months. It can be dissolved if needed.
- Pubic fat reduction: non-surgical lipolysis reduces the fat pad above the penis. In men carrying weight there, this reveals length that was already present.
These procedures are often combined. For example, ligament release with filler addresses length and girth in one plan.
Function matters as much as appearance
Male sexuality is a system in which everything works together. A bigger penis with weak erections doesn't solve the real problem. A proper assessment checks your erectile health first, and treats it if needed, so that the change is functional as well as visible.

- Who will perform the procedure, and what is their specialist background?
- What gain is realistic for me, flaccid and erect?
- Which filler product is used, and can it be dissolved?
- What aftercare is needed, and for how long?
- How long should I stay in Istanbul, and how is follow-up handled at home?
